<p>It certainly builds on my machine, with the below in <code>$ANDROID_NDK/source.properties</code>:</p>

<p>No matter the outcome I have the patch applied locally and will continue using it until I notice something breaking. I will let you know if such breakage occur (I should definitely find out during this weekend given that I plan to work on a few bugs that show up on android/winrt, in regards of libvlc, but not on desktop).</p>
