Firstly you have to compile libdvbpsi for this device.

After this look at dvb.c (from dvblast) and downgrade dvb-api
to older "ost"-named (it used by proprietary broadcom driver).

But there is some hardware restrictions,
that does not allows to send more than 3 TV channels :(

Here is attached patch for mumudvb, that works on my dreambox.
You can adapt it for dvblast.
