The pidmap patch I submitted previously makes changes to demux.c so
it would make sense to add that in now. I'm afraid I am not going to
be in a position to make the changes that Georgi suggested in his
last response to me for some time due to other commitments. Would
you be in a position to pick up my patch, make any changes you see
fit and include it in 2.1?<br>
