dvblast does not read PMTs for any new services added in the config when reloaded. This results in service streamed with blank PMT, and also in segfaults if one tries to read the PMT with dvblastctl.<div><br></div><div>To reproduce:</div>
<div>* Tune to a transponder</div><div>* Add one more channel in the dvblast config file</div><div>* Reload dvblast with 'dvblastctl reload'</div><div>* Look at output of newly added service, or try to do 'dvblastctl get_pmt XXX'</div>
