gpl violation at www.mactheripper.org

Hi guys!

Sorry if this has been brought up before, but I saw today that there
is a "freeware app" distributed at www.mactheripper.org that uses
libdvdcss (they say so on there site), and does not distribute the
sourcocde.It seems to me that they are clearly violating the gpl.

I hope this is the right place to bring up this topic.
