If you want to host the download on the VideoLAN mirrors, you'd need to
upload the 3 files linked to in the download section of the skin editor
page.<br>
VLCSkinEditor_0_7_setup.exe VLCSkinEditor_0_7.zip and
VLCSkinEditor_0_7.tar.gz<br>

I'll go on with modifying the news.msg.<br>
