[streaming] Control port for streaming used by VLC

Dear All,

We are planning on using VLC streaming to test QoS
Implementation on our network, but the traffic
engineers are really in need to know the control port
that VLC uses to control the stream this is very
important for them in order to make necessary
configurations, so can anyone one supply me with this
info, I will be very grateful if you do, and thank you
in advance.
