Hi There,

Here is our configure for streaming server

1 --> RHEL 5.4 32bit OS
2 --> vlc, vls, minisap, vlma, Darwin Streaming server *6.0.3
3 --> two ipaddress one is for public and other one is private
4 --> i can streaming over http, udp, rtsp
5 --> i want to do run following thing

RTSP Platform RFP
The platform must support following services for 700 Concurrent sessions for
year 1 and
incremental in Year 2 and 3, 700 and 700 respectively. This will be extended
to both
CDMA/GSM Mobile subscribers as well as Laptop user via Photon cards.
1.) VOD
2.) Live TV - 5 Channels in Year 1.
3.) Third party streaming contents over the internet.
4.) MMS Stream support – 5 MMS feed for year 1.
RTSP Platform must support streaming of third party websites
contents outside of
A.
  ISP-cell premises over the internet.
RTSP Platform must support Live TV, VOD and MMS streams. For Live
TV and
B.
VOD, streaming will be supported in this platform. MMS to RTSP Conversion
and
streaming is required for MMS feeds. Conversion of MMS to RTSP feed should
support
H.264, H.263, AMR-NB, AAC etc. codec for output files and should available
in at least
6 formats based on resolution of different handsets.
C. RTSP Platform is required to do Billing based on Event, Time and Volume
of data as
per ISP-cell requirements. If it is required an API has to be developed by
vendor for
integrating with ISP-cell billing gateway via DIAMETER / RADIUS or other
standard
protocols. Proper CDR needs to be generated as per ISP-cell format and
required
parameters. Billing interface for third party billing via Streaming server
should be
  available based on ISP-cell request.
D. DNS Resolution for external as well as internal website as per
requirements for
     streaming services.
E. Platform must be able to generate a subscribers’ identity by querying an
external
database. On basis of the subscriber’s identity it should be able to
divert the request to
     the sites on the fly.
F. The RTSP Proxy shall facilitate the blocking of certain content types.
This can be
configured either globally or per subscriber. ACL (Access Control Lists)
based on
Content Types /IP/MIN/ MDN/ Handset Types/ URL/Session Time Based Support
is
  must.
G. Masking of end-user IP addresses.
H. Time based termination of session per subscriber and per service.
Redundant HA solution with Real time failover mechanism.
I.
J. Splitting Support for Live Broadcasts: Single inbound broadcasting feed
to multiple
  Players.
K. Lawful Intercept, support - The vendor needs to provide a parallel
channel for Lawful
Intercept. This will allow the monitoring agency to login at any point in
time and view
what content is being viewed /downloaded. This can be done real time or
can be stored
  and looked into later.
L. Aggregate Bandwidth Thresholds: Caps inbound and outbound bandwidth to
Proxy,
thus controlling aggregate bandwidth usage within the network and
preventing stress on
  mission-critical applications.
M. SNMP based traps/alarms must be supported via MIB to integrate with NMS
system of
ISP-cell. Alarms for system failure as well as failure of Live Feed etc
should be sent
automatically via e-mail or SMS integration in ISP-cell network.
N. MIS reports are required to be generated based on ISP-cell requirements.
E.g Number
unique users in a day, Peak hour sessions, Top 10 video files, Top Live
Feed based on
daily, weekly and monthly analysis. This may require some development time
to time
bases as per ISP-cell requirement and vendor must do that to provide MIS
reports. MIS
reports must be sent on daily, weekly or monthly bases via e-mail with
integration in
ISP-cell network automatically by the platform.
O.Web based GUI interface for configurations and management of platform –
servers etc.
must be provided. Also real time graphs for current number of users,
throughput and
throughput per session is required on GUI web interface.
PH – 1
O. ON the fly trans-coding of contents according to Mobile profile and other
related
  parameters.
P. On the fly trans-rating according to network bandwidth availability.
Q. Add insertion:
Image overlay and Text overlay for advertising. As well as Video insertion
pre and post
video streaming session for requested content must be supported.
R. EPG – Electronic Programming guide integration and support for automatic
program
guide of Live TV channels.
R. Content caching for VOD as well as third party sites. For third party
sites content
validation needs to be done from original server but file should be
streamed from local
  caching server.
