we do not need audio support, but we need high quality and (this is secondary)
low bitrate. <br>
We are interested in MPEG4 streaming. Is Hauppauge supported with MPEG4 streaming?<br>

We need to capture (at least) at 25FPS and size CIF and stream that in MPEG4.
Do you know any adquisition card supported by vls with this features?<br>
