<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV class=RTE>Hey guys,</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE> </DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>I have a question on streaming:</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>is it possible for me to stream the web cam image ( using wirelessLAN ) from a Linux server ( installed vlc ) onto two iPAQ with different verison of vlc ( one is opie-vlc, the other one is gpe-vlc ) by the following command line?</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE> </DIV>
<DIV class=RTE><STRONG>vlc -vvv input_stream --sout '#duplicate{dst=display,<BR>dst="transcode{vcodec=mp4v,acodec=mpga,vb=800,ab=128}:<BR>duplicate{dst=standard{access=udp,mux=ts,url=192.168.1.2},<BR>dst=standard{access=udp,mux=ts,url=192.168.1.12}"}'</STRONG><BR></DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>This command line works for two iPAQ having the same version of vlc ( opie-vlc , i have tested it )</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE> </DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>Another question is:</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>How can i remotely to "start & run" the vlc on the iPAQ using my laptop through wirelessLAN?</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>Since every time when i stream, i need to run the opie-vlc on the iPAQ first, before i issue the command on the laptop to stream the image.</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE> </DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>Thx a lot~</DIV>
