codec is using an older INTEL video codec. I know of one streaming service
that uses this for their videoconference streaming and archiving, and I can
watch it without an addon in Windows Media Player, or at ALL on an OSX
machine. I found a free i.263 QuickTime plugin for OS9 that works well. Just
