<div>hi, there,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I am thinking using VideoLan to transport MPEG4 video frames. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>I have my implementation of MPEG4 codec that will encode a stream of BMPs into a sequence of MPEG4 frames and decode them back to BMPs at the other end of the network. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>The sticky part is that I need to add some custom data (bounding boxes etc) for each encoded frames.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>The transport will be done using multicast.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Can they be done using VideoLan streaming? If yes, where is the best place to get it started?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thanks for helping out a new guy...</div>
