<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;"><DIV>While I am moderately technical on a PC in general, I don't know anything about streaming. I am going to be at a youth event where the older kids will be in one room and the younger kids will be in another room. I would like to use my camcorder in the room with the older kids and stream that live audio/video with a PC to a projector in the room with the small kids. I can reach that room with a wireless router.</DIV>
<DIV>I have VLC 1.1.6 on both PCs. I have been able to get the source PC (with the camcorder) to 'stream' (I think) with UDP, but I cannot figure out how to get the other PC to show that stream.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The source PC - I select Media / Open Capture Device. I then select 'Stream'. After 'next', I add UDP (and display locally) as a destination and Video-WMV/WMA as a profile. For the UDP network address, I put the IP address of the destination PC. The camcorder picture comes through on the source machine.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>On the destination PC, I select open network stream and enter the IP address of the source PC and click stream. But nothing seems to happen.</DIV>
