<div>We created a solution in our campus (univ) and we was limited by the bandwidth becouse the network dont support multicast, plus the source of materials. The encoders are very expensive so we can't add more channels becose that. </div>
<div>If you need add so many channles (80) you must try how many streamings will suport your server(s) and that depend the code and compress you will use, is not the same stream SD that HD.</div><div>about the votes for VoD, I think this is out of scope of video softwares, but maybe some solutions with some CMS can give you that possibility.</div>
