<br>Here is a problem: There is no Bislama in transifex, yet.
<br>I requested new languages before, this will work if there is data at
<br>cldr.unicode. And here is the real issue: There is none.

<br>AFAICT, you will be able to translate desktop vlc and provide a
<br>translation for the website, but nobody will be able to set his/her
<br>browser to Bislama (similar for android). So you might want to add
<br>Bislama here:
