Definitely +1. Yes, I know user could install the Custom Locale app but please....</blockquote><br></div>In Android 4.2 and higher, such apps dodn't work anymore. So, unsupported locales by device manufacturer cann't be set as OS locale. Every app must provide a language select option to made such translations usable. There is no other way or work-arround for Android >=4.2<br>
