[vlc-devel] rtp port negociation

Hi,
 I'm starting to work with the vlc code, and i get a little lost.
I'm working on streaming (rtp streaming) and I'm searhcing where in the code 
the port for rtp transmission is chosen.
I think the server choose it and then transmit it to the client. 
So where, in the code can I find this port negociation ?
