[vlc-devel] Win32 Contribs

Hello,

I know it has not been so much time since the latest contribs, but well:
* faac has been updates (bugfixes)
* SDL has been updated (bugfixes and improvements)
* vorbis has been updated (bugfixes AND *security* fixes )
* Flac has been updated (bugfixes and speed )
* live, ffmpeg and other SVN are up-to-date

So I figured it could be usefull
