The situation as i'm facing it could be reproduced by adding the
static detect video filter, that i just dropped to the list. This one
takes snapshots when stationary images are detected to the video. From
that point of view with the new trunk version i experienced the chroma
mismatch (under gtk-linux). E.g. from video filter point of view p_pic
and p_vout->fmt_out chroma differ !
