[vlc-devel] translate vlc media player into valencian

Hi,

Great idea, except than ca.po or cat.po are compliance to international 
convention (see http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_639#V), more val.po is 
for Vehes (see http://www.sil.org/iso639-3/codes.asp?order=639_3&letter=v)
