This commit does not change anything in fact. Compiling the "external"  
libdvdread was already triggered by libdvdnav prior to this commit. It  
just makes it more obvious and triggers the download of the library  
before starting the compilation of the contribs.
Thus, it must have been broken earlier already or might be due to your  
setup ;-)
