[vlc-devel] 0.9.4 this weekend

I'm gonna tag 0.9.4 tonight.
If anyone still has fixes that should go in there, please ping me on IRC

This release fixes an important crash problem on Mac OS X, and will be  
a new Windows release as well (0.9.3 for Windows you could say).
