These patches should be better ....

The first family of patches (patches 1 to 6) implements resizing video 
within fullscreen.
It features the following hotkeys :
    - 'o'              : toggle "video scaled to fullscreen" and 
"original video"
    - Shift-alt-'o' : enlarging video
    - ctrl-alt-'o ' : shrinking video

The second patch (patch 7) corrects transition issues (vout reuse) 
especially in fullscreen mode.

This series of patches can be applied against the latest git.
patch 7 requires patch 1 to be applied first .
