At present it's translated to two spaces.

Might well be possible, I'm not sure it QT4 treeview was ever meant for
items containing newlines. Anyway, do we have any other form of EPG data
presentation that will seriously get hampered by this? I'm quite worried
about doing two passes of conversion (one in ts demux and another in QT),
since the amount of EPG data could be really large (100 kB per TV channel).
