[vlc-devel] Video output size policy

IMO both ways can be used. Different players usually do one or the other.
The problem is when you want to keep your window size intact. Do you 
want it to be changed on the first video or not ?
Is there a toggle that could be used to reset the window size to match 
the (visible) video size ?
