changelog:<BR><BR>./Makefile: we don't include the Gtk+ and SDL DLLs in the 

win32 package<BR>anymore, the package is now 700k instead of 4MB.<BR><BR>I can´t 

found the interface plugin on the vlc homepage<BR><BR>thanks
