<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Initial thoughts on what I would like an rtci to act like.  It is a "melding", aspects of VLM and the command-line.  One crucial thing is that it is oriented on inter-program communications, must be readily parsable.</FONT></P>
