<BR><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Is there any chance that there are threads/processes that aren't closed cleanly, so that there's a bit of "junk", ghosts in the machine as it were? The binary files on the disk aren't changed as a result of a reboot, but it looks like there's a problem accessing the DLLs. (down in the minutia of Windows -- never a fun place to be).</FONT></P>

<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Working with current builds of subversion, I'm not able to save to test.mpg, using mpeg PS encapsulation -- I've tried MPEG1, MPEG2 -- neither work.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I'm doing a capture off Webcam, audio input explicitly set to None. I do a normal Stop after a while, so the file should be getting closed properly.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">The resulting files are junk, 1KB.</FONT>
