<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">This is a library build, folks, and chasing up dot, latex, and dvipdfm just to generate docs is ridiculous.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">What can be done to turn this stuff off, so building extras/contrib on Cygwin can proceed without all these extra docs packages?</FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">I expect there's a switch needed to turn off the documentation.</FONT>
