Hello:

I was using VLC (for Win32) to try to play some files that are located in directories that are labeled with Unicode non-English characters, and it seems that VLC cannot access such directories. VLC would display "??" instead of "你好" and have an error message saying "Cannot open C:\??\movie.mpg". Please enable VLC to be able to access directories with non-English label names (Unicode support) and please also enable VLC to open media files that might be labled in Unicode formatting, if it doesn't have that capability yet

Thanks
Please reply
-q10
