Subject: H.264 decoding frame order bug.
To: fenrir@videolan.org

In VLC 0.8.6d (and latest SVN, according to #videolan), the following clip's frames:

http://www.mediafire.com/?7royf3j3yzc

are improperly ordered when played back with VLC. However, they play back correctly with mplayer/ffplay.

The stream was generated with the Mainconcept AVC encoder and uses SEIs for frame timing, along with reflist reordering, so its a bit of a mess, but it is spec-compliant.

--Dark Shikari, x264 team
