It seems that libiconv.la is missing? According to the Wiki the makefile in extras/contrib will fix this automatically... but it didn't seem to.... Could I be missing something? to compile VLC on MAC OSX 10.6 (Intel platform). The contrib. part went well
and so is the bootstrap on the VLC. When I run the './configure' I am getting
the following error: "/…./extras/contrib/lib/libmad.dylib, file is not of
the required architecture. <u1:p></u1:p></span></font><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;
font-family:Arial">I am not using the x86_64… flag since I am building for 32
