Hi All,<br>    I'm new to the whole VLC thingy. I need to use libvlc to receive HTTP streamed data, transcode it in a different resolution and send it out as RTP stream.<br>    Could anybody help - that how can i start. I dont see any good docs that can help me using the vlc library apis.<br>
