I'm on Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow leopard), building vlc-1.1.11. Building with configure --enable-debug and make works, no problem, I have a debug build that is functional, but which I can not move to another computer.

The "quick" guide (http://wiki.videolan.org/OSXCompile) says that doing a "make VLC-release.app" should be all that is required to create a release build. However, I get an error looking for projects/macosx/framework/Pre-Compile.sh. In my projects directory, I only see activex and mozilla; I appear to be missing whatever contents are in the "macosx" subdirector(ies).

Good question, why there is an activex folder with Mac OS X builds? I would guess the build system has downloaded activex-vlc.git and npapi-vlc.git to there, but activex one doesn't really make sense so that might be a "bug".

It seems that I am missing one or more steps here that I am not finding in the wiki. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
