Cygwin no needed anymore.<br>To compile vc-axvlc you will need only 3 things:<br>1. sources from <a href="http://code.google.com/p/vc-axvlc/" target="_blank">http://code.google.com/p/vc-axvlc/</a><br>2. visual C++ 2008 (I think other versions will work too, but will need create <span lang="en"><span>сorresponding </span></span>projects - it's not <span lang="en"><span>difficult</span></span>)<br>
