I use VLC to transcode one wmv video to mp4 video. I hope I can clip the video using start-time and stop-time. When reaching stop-time, the transcoding ended. But start-time has no effect, transcoding always started from 0. Who has the experience to cut one video using start-time to stop-time transcoding?<br>
