VLC ‘feature’.

<p class="MsoNormal">This ‘feature’ will display (inject) images on-top of the currently
playing video, according to an XML file.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The XML will define the 1) time to display the image, 2) x,y position, 3)
image-url to display, 4) time to hide the image<br></p>
