
<html><body><div style="color:#000; background-color:#fff; font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;font-size:12pt"><div>Folks,</div><div><br></div><div>I am looking at displaying some text at different times while a movie is running. Looking at the code, I think marquee is the closest to what I need. However, I am confused on how to get the marquee to work. Under preferences, I see that the marquee text has a default value of VLC and that it is supposed to appear on the center of the video. However, I don't see anything while a movie is playing. Also, when I put a breakpoint in CreateFilter (marq.c), it never stops at the breakpoint.</div><div><br></div><div>I guess there is something else that need to be done to enable the marquee. I would appreciate it if someone can guide me on what I am missing.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Thank you in advance for your help.</div><div><br></div><div>Regards,</div><div>Peter</div></div></body></html>
