<p dir="ltr">The existing opus decoder is OggOpus decoder, not raw Opus decoder.<br>
Opus rtp payload is raw opus, the data depackitized from RTP packet is ready for decoding, doesn't need to process any OggOpus header.<br>
The existing opus decoder only accepts OggOpus packet.</p>
