I use VLC SDK on Windows for get raw data of IP Camera. This IP
Camera stream video in H.264 over RTSP protocol. <br>
<br>
Everything works perfectly but when network has trouble, some
packets are lost and my application crash. Sometimes before the
crash the "commit size" memory increasing fastly.<br>
In Windows event viewer, the error is in <b><span
style="mso-fareast-language:EN-CA">libavcodec_plugin.dll</span></b>.<br>
(To do my network test, I use the software "Clumsy". It simulates
packet loss.)<br>

When I do the same test with VLC application, I encounter no
problems and the memory is stable. <br>

Do you known this problem ? <br>
