The LIVE555 library *already* automatically includes a “Session:”
header in outgoing “OPTIONS” requests if we’re currently part of a
session (i.e., if we’ve already done a “SETUP”).

Then my apologies both to you and Julian - I couldn't see it being
passed in explicitly so I assumed it couldn't be output. I see it
in setRequestFields() now.<br>
