<p>I am playing live camera on VLC and want to open it in fixed size and position.</p>

<p>resize interface to video size : disabled</p>

<p>embedded video : enabled</p>

<p>But it ignores the size and position settings whenever I open it.</p>

<p>It does not play when I disable the "embedded video"</p>

<p>Could you please let me know why it ignores these Window Settings?</p>
