I'm working on a project with another person who is running Mac OS <br>
10.14.6 (I'm running Ubuntu 18.4.4 right now) and they are having lots <br>
of problems getting the 3.0.x series to compile on the Mac.  It keeps <br>
asking for some type of 'patch' information and they have no idea what <br>
to do.<br>

Will this release have everything (including instructions) so someone <br>
that _has_never_build_vlc_from_sources_before_ on a Mac can build it?<br>
