<p>I am Sanjay, a mobile app developer working with Kotlin and React Native. I was a GSoC mentee at AnkiDroid and currently also serve as a GSoC mentor.</p>
<p>I noticed that VLC is open source on GitHub, but there doesn’t seem to be an official npm package to use VLC in React Native projects. If such a package existed, it would be very helpful for many developers to integrate VLC features directly into their apps.</p>
<p>I wanted to ask if the VLC team has any plans for React Native support, or if contributions are welcome in that direction.</p>
