[vlc] Re: vlc 044 and 045 crashes in Win2k

As far as I know there is a general problem with overlay on ati rage 128 cards 
in win2000. I'm no exspert in that field, but it is my general impression.
My friend who has a rage 128 have not been able to get good overlay in any
app since he upgraded to win2k.
