It would be quite easy to have SCTP access and access output plugins.

The question is why do we want to support SCTP ? If it is for roaming, 
that's easy. If it is meant to split a stream into multiple channels, 
it is very hard.

Otherwise, I don't really see the point. Is there a standard for RTP 
over SCTP or something like that, by the way ?
