[vlc] Windows H264 Codec (Streaming Working)

I am looking for a Windows Codec which will play a live h264 encoded movie.

The only one I have tried is the h264 codec from http://www.leadcodecs.com/ 
which will play perfectly the h264 streaming movies encoded via VLC. Most of 
the other ones I've found will only play non-streaming h264 codeced movies.

Does anyone have suggestion for a working non-commercial windows codec which 
will play live streaming h264 from vlc?
