[vlc] VLC should play ADPCM + Sorenson H263

It would be great to lift the otherwise excellent VLC to the level of its competitors on this particular point:

Current version (0.9.8a) of VLC is NOT, as other FLV Players, able to play "Porgi_Amor_Mirusia_123nl.flv" (44,133,899 Bytes, 720×402pix, audio ADPCM 352800Kbps, video Sorenson H263 21fps 450,000Kbps) from "Mirusia Louwerse sings Porgi Amor from Mozart (HQ video)":

Please compare this HQ version with the standard version:
