[vlc] playlist not surviving shutdown

That clearly takes 1st line of xspf xml format as a direct url of file  
like in m3u playlists
Here again VLC wrongly takes xspf payist as m3u or maybe pls playlist,  
wrongly guessing format (or you unintentionayl wrongly specifies format)

i see nothign wrong in that.
Also, one thing at a time, does KJZZ.xspsf "survive shutdown" ?
