[vlc] Wanted to report some odd behavior

Hello:

I don't know how to report some strange behavior that last VLC 1.0.5 version
have.  I sincerely like the project and I've used it for years. I really
liked the way I can broadcast video with this tool and with the jtvlc api.
The problem I have now, it's that I have some Avi and now they aren't
working. I think it's a codec issue. I wonder what changed, but I hope there
is a way to make it right.
